Processing Time
All items are custom-made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. For bulk or custom-designed projects, additional processing time may be required. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace the item or resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
